Cities and archeological sites full of history at every place (Naples, Caserta, Monte Cassino, Pozzuoli, Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento, Paestum, Salerno and many others), magnificent natural panoramas in the background of Vesuv, Amalfi Coast, Capri and the thermal island Ischia, impressive beaches in the south part with the Cilento National Marine Park – this is only small taste what can offer  this everytime surprising and vibrant region, named after the ancient Romans Campania Felix –  Happy Land. Probably the most famous artist born in this region is Sophia Loren, whose statement that she is not an Italian but Neapolitan, says everything. From the cuisine you can taste original Naples pizza, buffalo´s mozzarella, bruschetta with tomatoes (toasted bread), pasta in plenty of ways, including various vegetable sauces, delicious desserts, white wine Falanghina and red Aglianico or typical wine from the Vesuv massif named Lacryma Christi – Christ’s tears –  or limoncello, a lemon liqueur served as a digest, the best from Sorrento.
