Molise, like Abruzzo, is a region between the north and south of Italy. Abruzzo, however, is more friendly and well knonw also for tourism. In Molise, on the other hand, very popular are the so-called tratturi – ancient pasture paths of 111 meters wide, which are especially popular among cyclists. The most visited cities are the seaside town of Termoli and the charming archaeological site of Saepinum. We can find many natural products, various types of sausages and cheeses, of which the most famous are the sausage from the liver or various kinds of mainly goat cheeses. Few people knows that a kind of pasta called fusilli, well know throughout the world, has come from Molise,\u00a0 sometimes supplemented with legumes or typical local yellow-orange tomatoes.<\/p>\n
